A caloric restricted diet is one efficient technique that is proven in reducing the signs of aging and increasing longevity.  This involves severely limiting the number of calories consumed.  Since this theory is completely understood by the medical community, it is worth considering  anti aging foods. Not only does calorie restriction extend a persons life, but it will help prevent the onset of disease as well. Signs of aging are reduced when insulin levels in the body are reduced because you are on an anti aging diet. It’s well known that excess insulin production can speed the aging process.

Additionally, a reduced calorie diet will result in lower oxidative stresses on the body. Undoubtedly you’ve heard about the health benefits of antioxidants.  By eating fewer calories you decrease the chances of “bad” properties from entering the body and increase the chances of antioxidants from getting in.  This will help increase the body’s overall wellness.

In order for calorie restriction to be effective, you will have to work closely with a dietician to discover exactly which foods you should avoid and which ones must be included in your diet.On this diet, it is a priority to make the calories you do consume count and not be worried about cutting everything out.There is no room for empty calories that have no nutritional value.Choose a nutrient rich wholesome diet rather than using meal replacement solutions that don’t have the same benefits most times.You will be healthier with the digestion of foods that have more nutrients yet stay acceptable as in super foods.
