These 2 foods that I am going to talk about will no doubt surprise you! Many people think that these two foods are really good and healthy, and help with dropping fat. This is untrue, and I’m going to reveal why.

Now, we’re not talking about Trans fats, or high fructose corn syrup (they are truly harmful for you). The 2 foods that I am talking about are wheat products, and fruit juices.

First we’re going to discuss wheat products:

I’m talking the comfort foods here like, most bread, muffins, bagels, cereals and pasta. This includes “whole wheat” foodstuffs that claim to be diet friendly. These are high fat foods. Many people also have reactions to the gluten that is found in wheat and grains. What people don’t understand is that we are not designed to consume such high amounts of wheat. Up until the last 80-100 years, wheat was not a major part of the human diet. Our digestive system was established over several hundred thousand years to eat a diet of meats, vegetable, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Our digestive system is maladapted to process large amounts of wheat.

Burn Fat While You Eat.

Those that removed wheat products from their diet, reported that they begin to feel better in 2-three weeks, and started dropping weight rapidly. They also reported that headaches and digestive problems that they have endured for years, went away. Some discovered that  skin problems they were agonizing from, also went away.

Now we’ll examine fruit juices:

I’ll bet you are shocked to hear that, as everyone knows that fruit is good for you.

You are correct, it is! But when you drink only the juice from fruit, you consume a high calorie liquid, and leave behind the fiber and other beneficial elements of the fruit. This will make you gain weight. Consuming the whole fruit, gives you the extra fiber that you need to control your appetite. Drinking only the juice, which is high in carbs, leaves you craving for more. 

To sum it up, drinking only the juice from fruits will make you fat. Eat the entire fruit, and benefit from all the fiber and nutrients to maintain a healthful diet.
