At the beginning of the program to meet with the counselor where you sit down developed weight loss goals and discuss problems. Your counselor will help you determine your personal individual eating style. At this point you identify problems and work towards goals and solutions. Afterwards, you will meet with your counselor once a week over the phone or via e-mail. This way you will have a help of a professional who will monitor your progress while you try to reach your weight loss goals.
